This mixed-use affordable housing project is located on a prominent “gateway” intersection; 25% of the units are for permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals and families.
The project is designed to accommodate the ECAP program tenant, which serves daily meals to the homeless. The building massing is organized along the street edges which creates a secure and private courtyard. Exterior smooth plaster walls will feature a colorful tile installation to celebrate the City’s art community. Other project amenities include bike storage, community gathering spaces, and on-site support services. This is an SB35 project.
