Oak Grove Apartments brings 55 thoughtfully designed affordable homes to Vacaville, creating a supportive and energy-efficient community for families and individuals.
Developed in partnership with Eden Housing, the community provides 55 apartments, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes affordable to households earning between $16,200 and $57,350 annually. The site is organized around a central open space anchored by a grove of preserved Valley Oak trees, with a landscaped pedestrian entry connecting directly to West Monte Vista Avenue. Two contemporary buildings define the development, activating the street edge while framing shared outdoor space at the heart of the site. The architecture features clean forms and a refined material palette of smooth light-gray plaster, charcoal-blue vertical siding, and copper-toned accents at balconies and trim. On-site amenities include a community room, outdoor patio and playground, and dedicated spaces for property management and supportive services, reinforcing a safe and welcoming environment designed to promote long-term stability and resident wellbeing.
The project massing is divided into two buildings with the three-story building on the street edge and the four-story building in the center of the site.
