The Ohlone College Building 5 Renovation

The renovation of Building 5 at Ohlone College features a wide range of uses including student center space, classrooms, conference space, cafeteria, and a bookstore.

The cafeteria was redesigned to better serve the tastes of a diverse student population with a broader range of food options. A new kitchen and equipment accommodate unique offerings including Mongolian BBQ, brick oven pizza, and a coffee/juice bar. The dining hall was redesigned to provide improved seating options, lighting and acoustics, and provide better connectivity to the exterior terraces. It was also designed to accommodate special student events and campus gatherings with A/V provisions while providing security separation from the servery.
