The Music and Theater Arts program lived in a building that suffered from significant health, safety, seismic, accessibility, and non-compliance code issues.
The renovation and addition features a complete reconfiguration of the recital hall that greatly improved sight lines and accessibility. Other renovated spaces included theater and dance studios, classrooms, and student support spaces.
