Located on two parcels on Shattuck Avenue in downtown Berkeley, Parker is a 155-unit market rate mid-rise apartment project with four 3-story townhomes.

The 2600 Shattuck Ave portion of the project incorporates the façade of an existing 1-story, 1920’s era concrete auto dealership and includes 112 apartment units and 11 artist studio cottages for 123 units in total. The 30,000 square foot ground-floor retail space was specifically designed for Equinox Health Clubs. The 2598 Shattuck Ave portion of the project features 28 residential units and a lounge designed for remote working with offices and community space. Amenities include a lounge, bike kitchen, pet grooming, outdoor kitchen and lounge space, and a state-of-the-art mechanized parking system.
