Located near the heart of Mountain View, NOVO is a multifamily project consisting of 204 units.
LPAS provided interior design services for 40,000 square feet of amenity spaces including the leasing office, lounge, fitness center, game room, co-working space, bike lounge and resident storage, and pet wash. The interior design emphasizes the tech feel of the surrounding Silicon Valley with an urban, upscale approach to attract the area’s young professionals.
