Shared amenities include a landscaped courtyard, fitness center, co-working space, resident lounge, and rooftop terrace, creating a range of settings for social connection and everyday activity. LPAS supported the interiors procurement and FF&E, curating furnishings and finishes that unify the leasing office, amenity spaces, and model units, enhancing both comfort and functionality for residents and prospective residents navigating life in this new community.
