Bruceville Point brings independent living, assisted living, and memory care together under one roof, giving residents a home that adapts as their needs change, with memory care set apart in its own dedicated wing.
The three-story, 158,000-square-foot community includes 117 assisted living apartments and 20 memory care suites on a five-acre site. LPAS designed a full range of community and dining spaces, wellness and recreation areas, and outdoor amenities to match, from a 36-seat movie theater, craft room, and salon to a courtyard with a putting green, bocce ball court, and outdoor barbecue.
Bruceville Point reflects a more contemporary model of aging in place, one where independence, assisted living, and memory care coexist as parts of the same community rather than separate stops along the way.
