LPAS provided interior design services for 80,000 square feet of well-appointed amenities. Spaces include a media laden fitness center with a separate studio for spin class or a private yoga session. The community lounge space offers a double-sided fireplace, warming kitchen, group dining and a game room. Additional amenities include a tech-filled co-working space and a multi-functional leasing office. Bold accent colors and geometric designs paired with modern metal accents and dramatic pencil plank wood elements create invitingly energetic spaces. These dynamic interior design solutions accomplish the project goals of maximizing the market potential while developing a stylish new community and sense of home for young professionals.
