LPAS served as the Architect of Record on the lobby renovation of the 800J Lofts.
Originally designed and completed by LPAS in 2005, 800J Lofts is a 225 unit mixed-used infill building in the heart of Sacramento’s new Entertainment District and 2 blocks up from the new Golden 1 Center Arena. Features including a live greenwall, new furniture and finishes, data provisions, and presentation monitors bring a renewed look and functionality the reception, lounge, and coffee/refreshments areas of these modern Midtown apartments.
