Amenity spaces include a co-working lounge with reservable conference and meeting rooms - all fully equipped with the latest technology, elegant leasing office, bicycle parking with adjacent workshop, controlled access bicycle parking with adjacent workshop, pet washing and grooming station, 24-hour fitness and training facility, and a large event space.
