This tenant improvement consists of remodeling two existing buildings (North and South Buildings) to create a new look and identity for the office building complex.
Each building’s lobby, restrooms, and elevators were renovated to include new finishes, lighting and code related signage. Facade treatments to the exterior bring a refreshed, new look to central entry areas leading to the lobbies. Improvement to the lobbies include new tenant entries, central mailbox area, and drinking fountain alcove, with new feature walls behind the existing central stairs. Restroom upgrades include new partitions and plumbing fixtures.
